Honey and Bee Products

Greek honey from small beekeepers: thyme, pine, fir, chestnut, oak, heather, mugwort, willow and flowers.
Each variety has its own character: thyme is intensely aromatic and sweet, pine is milder and less sweet, chestnut and kumari leave a slightly bitter aftertaste. Fir honey with vanilla crystallizes with difficulty and remains creamy.
Crystallization is natural and does not alter the honey; if you want to liquefy it, place the jar in lukewarm water, not boiling water.
