Greek wines from local varieties: Agiorgitiko red and rosé, Moschofilero white and sun-dried red.
Agiorgitiko gives a soft red with fruit and mild tannins, which goes well with red meats and stews; in its rosé version it is cooler and goes well with appetizers. Moschofilero is an aromatic white for fish, salads and cheeses, while the sun-dried one accompanies sweets and nuts.
Serve whites at 8 to 10 degrees and reds slightly chilled, around 16. Alcoholic beverages are sold only to adults.
