Cancellation and Refund Policy
The refund and exchange policy lasts 14 days from the day you received your order.
Conditions for returns & changes:
- Receipt or invoice of purchase, and
- The product is returned if it is defective
Refunds
Please contact us at [email protected] to inform us of the return you wish to make and the reason.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. You will immediately receive a second notification approving or rejecting your refund.
If approved, the money will be refunded to your card or by your original payment method within 14 days at the latest from when you notify us of the return. We may complete the refund once we have received the product.
A refund may be declined due to incomplete information, as per our refund policy.
Delayed or non-refundable refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Changes
Changes are made within 10 days from the day of delivery of the order.
If your order arrived with a defective or damaged product, please contact us at [email protected] and send us photos showing the condition of the product.
Shipments & Returns
To return your product, you must complete the return form that you will find on our page, after we accept the return you can mail the product to the address: 92 Kypselis, 11363, Athens
You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you can use a tracked shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned product.
