Coffee

Greek coffee in two special versions: mastic coffee with Chios mastic and decaffeinated Greek coffee.
Both are ground very finely, as the pot requires. The mastic coffee leaves a pure mastic flavor in the aftertaste, while the decaf retains the aroma of traditional coffee for those who drink it late in the afternoon.
One teaspoon per cup, cold water and low heat: the coffee needs to brew slowly to produce a creamy consistency.
