Dressing

Dressing and salad ingredients: balsamic creams with fig, pomegranate, thyme honey and fresh fruit, balsamic vinegar, molasses and organic avocado oil.
The creams are thick and ready to use: a drizzle over a green salad, grilled vegetables or cheese is enough. For a classic vinaigrette, three parts oil to one part vinegar and a little mustard give a stable result.
Avocado oil withstands high temperatures and has a mild flavor, so it is suitable for both salads and sautéing.
