Dairy products from Greek farms: strained yogurt, strained yogurt 2% and vanilla cream.
Strained yogurt has a thick texture and high protein content, so it also stands as a base for dips, dressings, and no-cook desserts. The 2% fat version maintains the same texture with less fat.
Combine it with honey, nuts or a spoonful of sweet. Keep in the refrigerator and do not freeze.
