What are the collection options for my order?
You can pick up your order at one of the following places depending on your choice:
- From the store at 92 Kypselis, 11363 Athens
- Pickup at your location
- Pickup from Skroutz Locker
I don't live in Athens. Can you send my order to me?
Of course! We send orders throughout Greece. If you are outside Athens, delivery is either to your door by courier or to a Skroutz Locker in your area (where available).
For shipments abroad, you can contact us at [email protected] and we will be happy to serve you!
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated by the system based on the address and weight of your order.
Can I change my shipping information?
If the order has not been shipped you can contact us to change the delivery information.
Do you ship outside Greece?
Yes. We ship to countries in the European Union.

Products and nutrition
How can I tell whether a product is genuinely organic?
Look at the official labelling and the certification details on the packaging. The term “organic” is tied to specific production and inspection rules and should not be judged by a product's appearance or marketing alone.
Which pulses are best for everyday eating?
There is no single option that is “the best” for everyone. Lentils, chickpeas, beans, split peas and other varieties can be used in different ways. Choose according to the recipe, the preparation time and the flavours you prefer.
What are superfoods?
The term is generally used for foods that stand out for their content of particular nutrients. They are not “magic” foods and they do not replace a balanced diet. They can, however, be one more way to add variety to your meals and recipes.
How do I know whether a product is of Greek origin?
Check the information on the packaging, and in particular the stated country of origin or production. A brand being Greek does not necessarily mean that every raw material in the product comes from Greece.
