Samarina

Σαμαρίνα is a family-run traditional pasta workshop of the Bina family in Trikala, with over 40 years of history. The grandfather of the family, who came from Σαμαρίνα in Grevena, started by making trachana with traditional recipes. Today, the workshop makes trachana, noodles, barley, couscous and soups for children with vegetables.
