Instructions for use
How to make use of rosehip:
- Tea: Boil a glass of water with a teaspoon of rose for 5 to 10 minutes covered over low heat. Alternatively, leave a teaspoon of rose in a glass of room temperature water for 12-18 hours covered. Strain, eat the fruits and drink the tea.
- Jam and syrup: Cook the fruits with sugar to make delicious jam or vitamin syrup.
