Loose leaf tea: green, black, matcha, rooibos, mate, fruit tea and Greek mountain tea.
The collection includes classic varieties like Earl Grey, gunpowder, Ceylon black and jasmine green, along with fruit and spice blends. Japanese matcha is available in organic powder, while rooibos and decaffeinated blends are perfect for the evening.
Green tea needs water around 75 degrees and two to three minutes; boiling water makes it bitter. Black tea can withstand hotter water and a little longer.
