Instructions for use

Extract: Pour 1 teaspoon of root powder into 150 ml of hot water, leave for 10-15 minutes. Consume 2-3 cups between meals.

The daily dose can range from 450 mg of curcumin to 3 g of root powder, divided into 2 or more doses. Also, 1-1.5 g of dry rhizome can be soaked in warm water for 15 minutes and consumed twice a day.

Additionally, forms such as sugar gels, capsules, and diluted tinctures or decoctions are available.

Recommended daily dose: 1.5-3 g of root powder, 10-15 drops of tincture, extract according to the manufacturer's instructions.

In cases of pregnancy, breastfeeding or gallstones, consult your doctor before use. Avoid in case of biliary obstruction.
