Cold-Pressed Organic Flaxseed Oil is a vegetable oil of excellent quality, produced from flax seeds. Its special feature is its high content of omega-3 fatty acids, with 481% of its fat coming from the valuable alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3).

The linoleic acid it contains contributes to maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels, with beneficial effects when consumed in quantities of more than 10 grams per day.

Rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, flaxseed oil contains alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3) and linoleic acid (omega-6), which help with cardiovascular health, reduce cholesterol and offer anti-cancer protective effects.

It is an ideal addition to your diet, either using it in salads or adding it to sandwiches to benefit from its nutritious and healthy properties. Cold-pressed flaxseed oil retains all its beneficial substances and is a natural and healthy solution for your daily diet.
