Instructions for use
It can be used in various forms such as extract (in doses of 30-60 grams), decoction (20-30 grams per liter of water, usually with a little honey), pills or juice (usually containing 30-100 grams of young leaves and stems). To cleanse the body, you can prepare a juice from the root of the wild plant. Prepare the root, let it soak in a kilo of water, boil it for 10 minutes and drink a glass a day. For even better results, you can add some nitro (1 gram in 1 liter of liquid) or licorice extract. A little note: lint is sometimes irritating to the bladder, so keep that factor in mind.
