Instructions for use
To enjoy the mountain tea, heat the water until it reaches boiling point. Put a teaspoon of mountain tea in a cup and pour boiling water over it. Let it extract for 5-7 minutes. You can strain the tea if you wish to remove the herbs. Add sweetener, such as honey, if desired and enjoy.
