Materials:
50 grams of risari powder
1 liter of water
15 eggs (approximately)
3 tablespoons vinegar
A little oil (optional, for polishing)
Instructions:
In a pot, pour 1 liter of water and the risari powder.
Boil the mixture for about 1 hour.
Lower the heat and add the vinegar.
Place the eggs in the saucepan and let them simmer for 15 minutes.
Remove the eggs and place them on kitchen paper to dry.
If desired, polish them with a little oil for a shinier result.
The final color depends on whether the eggs are white or red. For a more intense red, you can leave them in the dye for longer with the heat off.
